Shipping Policy The Fan Zoo’s shipping policy is to ship within Canada and the United States with rates based on geographic areas. In Canada rates are based on the 10 provinces and the northern territories, while in the United States rates are based on the mainland area plus Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that for the shipment of large items (anything as large as a 16" x 20" framed pieces or larger) there may be a marginal handling and shipping fee added due to the size and weight of the packaging material. All delivered items require signature upon delivery receipt. Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, and anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where The Fan Zoo has made a shipping error. In this case, you must immediately contact sales@thefanzoo.com to obtain a return authorization for merchandise pick up. Once the item is returned back to The Fan Zoo, a correct replacement item will be shipped out or the licensed images may be substituted for the closest matching image in case the exact unit is not anymore available. Shipment Processing TimesOrders will be processed within 2-4 business days. Products will be shipped immediately once your order is processed. Depending on where you are located, regular shipping may take 1-4 weeks. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. TRACKING YOUR ORDERUpon shipping of your order, The Fan Zoo will send you information about your carrier and tracking number, which can then be tracked through your "My Account" page.
